Our pasteurized crabmeat products are made only from live crabs wild caught from the open oceans. Immediately after unloading from the fishing boats, crabs are sorted, washed, and then cooked in pressurized retort to assure proper disinfections. They are then immediately picked under strict HACCP management and sanitary conditions, then packed, and pasteurized to retain the optimum flavor.

Specification:
- Jumbo Lump. Large pieces of white crabmeat picked from the two muscles operates the swimmer fin of the crab. Less than 90 pieces/can.
 - Petite Jumbo. Smaller pieces of the Jumbo Lump. < 150 pieces/can.
 - Super Lump. Medium pieces of white crab meat from the broken pieces of the Jumbo Lump and large pieces of the body meat.
 - Special. Flakes of white meat from the crab body.
 - Claw. Large and flake pieces of the red meat from the claw and leg sections of the crab.
 
Standard Packing: Net Weight 1 lb / can, 12 cans / case, in metal or plastic cup. Gross Weight, 14 lbs. / case. Plastic cup also available in 6 oz, 8 oz, and 1 lb.
Shipping Quantity: 22,000 lbs for 20’ container, or 36,000 lbs for 40’ container.
